Returns & Exchanges

At PSD®, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must have all original tags and liners intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
